Springhill Montessori School is looking for a qualified Lead Primary Guide for children aged 3-6 years. The ideal candidate must hold an AMI/AMS Training certificate and demonstrate a strong dedication to the Montessori approach. Passion for teaching, creativity, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills with both adults and children are essential. Strong classroom management skills are also required to create and maintain a warm, supportive environment that fosters learning.
