The Legal Counsel, Products will provide essential in-house support for legal matters relating to the company’s Corporate Payments activities and operations. This role involves managing complex commercial transactions with customers, partners, and third parties. You will negotiate and draft a variety of agreements, including customer credit agreements, technology integration agreements, financial instruments, and various marketing, referral, and services agreements. Additionally, you will facilitate necessary input from key stakeholders and identify, manage, and escalate any issues arising during drafting or negotiations, including regulatory and compliance matters.
