Description

The Legal Counsel will play a vital role in structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of commercial contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, inbound design IP licensing agreements, software license and maintenance agreements, professional services agreements, purchase agreements, collaboration agreements, non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, statements of work, amendments, and other essential business/legal documents. The role also involves identifying and advising internal clients on risks associated with transactions and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.
