Skills

• An LLD qualification and legal warrant
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate legal experience, preferably in Financial Services
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Maltese
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously

Responsibilities

• Support Company Secretarial tasks
• Record minutes during Board and other Committee meetings
• Monitor and follow up on pending legal cases
• Regularly review the Bank’s product Terms and Conditions and other agreements
• Collaborate with external legal firms and Regulatory Authorities when necessary
• Assist the Data Protection Officer with legal matters

Qualifications

• LLD qualification with legal warrant
• At least 2 years of relevant legal experience
• Proficient in English and Maltese, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and independent working skills

• LLD qualification (Doctor of Laws)
