The Manager of Legal Operations is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for developing and curating the department’s cross-practice area analytics program. This position involves collaborating closely with the LRC leadership team, Business Intelligence, Business Systems teams, and Legal Operations teammates to drive the visualization and analysis of metrics that enable increasingly data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will execute the department’s strategic roadmap, translating goals and priorities into actionable plans, while partnering with department members to drive, track, and report progress, generating consensus from stakeholders as needed. You will provide timely advice and counsel to LRC leadership, leveraging your project and program management experience to engage cross-functional teammates and third-party vendors to achieve desired business outcomes, turning ambiguity into opportunity.
