As Legal and Judicial agencies transition to a technology-driven workflow, VIQ Solutions is at the forefront of providing transcription services to various industries. We are currently seeking experienced Legal/Judicial contract candidates with significant experience transcribing depositions and hearings. This position is a 100% remote opportunity for Independent Contractors.

The content to be covered includes depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings. The work involves intense attention to detail, familiarity with legal terminology, and excellent grammar. In this role, you will process audio recordings, strictly adhering to style guides, to produce verbatim transcripts.

As an independent contractor for VIQ Solutions, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule while receiving guidance from our supportive, in-office team whenever necessary. We offer work availability 24/7/365 to accommodate any schedule, and those with weekend availability are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription is required.

• Ability to process extreme audio/text content (content may be offensive).
