Description

We are seeking dedicated, licensed behavioral health clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team and provide remote, community-based therapy to adult and pediatric clients. This is a part-time position with flexible evening and weekend hours, based on your availability after 3 p.m. and on weekends. As a therapist, you will play an essential role in helping clients manage their mental health by offering individual, family, or group therapy. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop care plans with clients and their families, and provide care coordination. This role also involves maintaining detailed documentation of clinical interventions in line with state and regulatory expectations.

Skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial behavioral health evaluations and provide individual, group, and family therapy for children and adults
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers on treatment plans and progress
• Coordinate with psychiatric consultants and refer clients for medication management
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to client care discussions
• Create and implement treatment plans based on clinical knowledge and regulations
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Support and educate family members regarding their loved ones
• Stay updated on developments in the field of behavioral health
• Complete required documentation in accordance with state regulations

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH)

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
