Compensation and Benefits

• Contract (1099) position
• Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) or Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week)
• Guaranteed minimum hours per week, with hourly rates applied if hours are unmet
• Weekly timesheets generated using entries in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Performance reviews conducted annually

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services to clients and families on your caseload, following the treatment plan
• Deliver CPST (Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment) services in line with client goals
• Participate in treatment planning, progress reviews, and discharge planning
• Advocate for clients in treatment-related decisions
• Facilitate treatment plan updates and progress summaries
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions based on prescribed treatment
• Attend client treatment team meetings
• Collect and report relevant data to the necessary staff
• Complete detailed and accurate progress summaries for assigned clients
• Prepare and submit accurate progress notes and related documentation weekly before clinical supervision
• Participate in required training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology
• Must hold a provisional license under a state board (e.g., PLPC, PLMFT, CSW, or LMSW)
