Matrix Providers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team, providing health care services to Military Service Members and their families in Oceanside, CA. This role involves performing assessments, evaluations, and treatment for a variety of mental health disorders as defined by the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

• $53.51 per hour
• Full-time employment status, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, including a 30-minute or 1-hour uncompensated meal break, depending on shift length.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and evaluations for mental health disorders
• Provide therapeutic treatment in various programs, including Family Advocacy
• Collaborate with clinical staff and base personnel on mental health programs
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Facilitate treatment for patients with PTSD, TBI, and other disorders
• Provide consultation services to healthcare providers regarding patient psychosocial needs
• Participate in professional peer review case conferences and research studies

Qualifications

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Demonstrated experience in the mental health field
• Knowledge of treatment options for combat-related disorders and trauma
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited institution

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the last three years
