Compensation and Benefits

• Work schedule: Full-time or Part-time, Hybrid (on-site once per week)

Skills

• Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license with active Medicaid
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience
• Spanish speaking is preferred
