• Valid LCSW or LPC license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to patients ages 5 and up, both in person and via telehealth.
• Be proactive and excel in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Conduct thorough initial interviews and screenings, providing accurate diagnoses and developing effective care plans.
• Work collaboratively with patients and community partners to ensure patient safety.
• Utilize technology for efficient documentation and telehealth sessions.

Qualifications

• Valid LCSW or LPC license.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
