Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
• Strong treatment planning skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and guide treatment.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree and LCSW licensure.
• Active Texas or Florida license (required to start).
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to meet background/regulatory requirements.
