Responsibilities

• Connect with clients virtually and provide essential mental health support, including intake sessions, therapy, and counseling.
  
• Analyze the psychological and psychosocial aspects of clients’ lives.
  
• Collaborate with a supportive treatment team to develop, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans.
  
• Keep detailed and up-to-date progress notes and discharge summaries.
  
• Cultivate a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for every client.
  
• Lead therapeutic groups focused on specific treatment areas.
  
• Share valuable observational feedback within a collaborative team setting.
  
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
  

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
  
• Clinicians with licenses that permit independent practice are preferred.
  
• 1-3 years of experience post-licensure is highly desirable.
