Responsibilities
Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs
Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress
Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in partnership with your clients
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Employ a range of therapeutic modalities to address diverse client needs
Offer comprehensive case management services to ensure continuity of care
Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
Monitor client progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed
Create a flexible schedule that fits your needs and the needs of clients
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist (or actively pursuing licensure as an LPC-Intern)
Strong foundation in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions
Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Previous experience in psychotherapy and counseling settings
Experience in individual, couples, and group therapy is preferred
