Compensation and Benefits

  • Fee-for-service flat rate range: \(61,326.00 - \)100,861.66 per year (dependent on licensure level)
  • Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs
  • Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in partnership with your clients
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Employ a range of therapeutic modalities to address diverse client needs
  • Offer comprehensive case management services to ensure continuity of care
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
  • Monitor client progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Create a flexible schedule that fits your needs and the needs of clients

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist (or actively pursuing licensure as an LPC-Intern)
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Clinical Therapist licensure or certification (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD)

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in psychotherapy and counseling settings
  • Experience in individual, couples, and group therapy is preferred
