Skills

• Licensed Clinical Therapist in the state of Hawaii (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in telehealth practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
• Review psychological assessments for accurate diagnostics.
• Manage a clinical caseload through secure, HIPAA-compliant sessions.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Therapist in the state of Hawaii (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent).

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
