Your responsibilities will include daily sales activities while maintaining high-quality assurance ratings and pay through rates. First-year agents typically earn between $55,000 and $65,000, while those in their second year and beyond can earn $85,000 to $125,000+. Maintain compliance with state continuing education requirements. Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency is a plus. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Active Resident State Health Insurance License. High School Diploma. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with various insurance products. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of the Medicare system and sales experience. Strong computer skills, including remote work experience. Understanding of CMS and healthcare regulations. Motivated and sales-driven mindset. Positive attitude and empathy towards customers. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Primarily office-based work environment.
