Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
  • Handle inbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, policy details, and solutions.
  • Offer policy recommendations by designing personalized insurance plans that fit each client’s unique situation.
  • Build client relationships to foster trust and long-term connections with policyholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best advice.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in insurance sales or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in insurance preferred

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Insurance License (CA Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
