Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is \(50,400 to \)108,000+ per year, based on the therapist’s experience, performance, and client demand. Compensation is calculated based on part-time (15 direct therapy hours) to full-time (30 direct therapy hours) work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with individual adults and couples

• Schedule 15 - 30 direct therapy hours per week

• Adapt to client needs and preferred appointment times

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of California
• Excellent references (provide contact information for two professional references)
• Quick learner comfortable with online billing/scheduling/client management programs

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Must hold a valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)

• Demonstrated experience in individual adult therapy
• Experience with telehealth services is preferred
