We are seeking compassionate and dedicated licensed clinicians to provide high-quality mental health services through a flexible teletherapy platform. This contractor role allows you to set your own recurring schedule and work with a diverse client population. Our focus is on delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Sessions can be conducted via a secure video conferencing platform or in person at a private therapeutic location.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Deliver counseling, psychotherapy, and behavior modification techniques
• Conduct weekly or biweekly follow-up treatment sessions
• Collaborate with case management as needed
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy
• Monitor client progress using data-driven approaches
• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW-A, MFT, LMHC-A) with at least one year of post-licensure experience
• Experience practicing evidence-based psychotherapies
• Residency in North Carolina

Education Requirements

• Active license in mental health counseling or social work

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Mental Health Counseling or Social Work License

Experience Requirements

• At least one year of post-licensure experience in the mental health field
• Experience working with military populations is a plus but not required
