Skills

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs, diagnoses, and personal goals
  
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based approaches
  
• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to build strong therapeutic relationships
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic client care
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  
• Work flexibly to accommodate client needs, including evening or weekend availability
  
• Provide therapy services to clients in nursing home settings as needed
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
  
• Active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or Registered Associate (or equivalent)
  
• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals with diverse mental health needs
  
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities
  
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
