• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions

• Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adolescents

Responsibilities

• Provide Telehealth Counseling by conducting individual and/or family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
• Perform client assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed
• Build a strong therapeutic alliance with clients while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and required reports
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, community resources, and support systems
• Stay updated on industry best practices, attend training, and participate in professional development opportunities
• Complete all necessary paperwork for Louisiana licensure and credentialing within 30-45 days of hire
• Adhere to all federal, state, and professional regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active Louisiana licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with diverse client populations, including children and adolescents
