Skills

• Licensed in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
• Experience in child/adolescent therapy and outpatient settings
• Passionate about mental healthcare and delivering culturally sensitive care
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google apps
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma
• Willingness to obtain professional liability insurance and a valid NPI number

Responsibilities

• Provide remote/telehealth therapy to clients throughout Texas
• Focus on child and adolescent therapy
• Maintain afternoon/evening availability to best serve clients

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas
• Experience in child/adolescent therapy and outpatient settings
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive care with warmth and empathy

Education Requirements

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Relevant licensure as per Texas regulations

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in mental health therapy focusing on children and adolescents
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
