Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across Alabama, and we are seeking licensed mental health providers (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our brand-new clinic serving Lake Worth / Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas.   • Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week

Skills

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
  • Multicultural competence in mental health
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive mental health assessments for the identification of psychological needs
  • Provide direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers including but not limited to family members, medical personnel, school staff, and case managers as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
  • Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships
  • Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
  • Full-Time clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week; Part-Time clinicians see a minimum of 12 client visits per week
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Active clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in the State of Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy
  • Proven ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Clinical Licensure in the State of Florida

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
