Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between \(50,000 and \)70,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 30+ hours per week

Skills

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a PhD
• Willingness to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Strong background in utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

• Deliver high-quality therapy and assessment services within a thriving private outpatient group practice

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Diverse clinical background with experience in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings

Education Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a PhD
