Responsibilities

• Provide Individual and Group Therapy: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
• Utilize Evidence-Based Practices: Employ therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being
• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans with clear milestones to track client progress and ensure effective outcomes
• Maintain Accurate and Confidential Records: Adhere to HIPAA regulations by maintaining thorough and accurate client documentation
• Facilitate Referrals: Connect clients with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed to ensure comprehensive care
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with case managers and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and provide holistic support
• Stay Informed and Grow: Continuously expand your knowledge and skills by staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in behavioral health

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• An active Maryland license: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC (Required)
• Demonstrated experience in social work, counseling, or a related field
