Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between \(50,000 and \)70,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked
• This is a 1099 subcontractor position
• Full-time positions available, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week

Skills

• Full and active license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a PhD in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable providing therapy to individuals of all ages
• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with EHR systems for efficient documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy and assessment services to clients in a private, outpatient setting
• Collaborate with the team to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma within the community
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy to individuals of all ages
• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• PhD in a relevant field may be considered
