Responsibilities

• Provide Individual and Group Therapy: Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize Evidence-Based Practices: Implement proven therapeutic techniques, including CBT, to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans with clear milestones to track client progress and ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Active Maryland license: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC (required).
• Proven experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.
