Compensation and Benefits

Competitive earnings based on licensure and billable hours (\(30 - \)49.50 per billable hour).

Skills

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, MFT-I, or CPC-I in the state of Nevada.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Ability to meet facility-specific requirements (vaccinations or exemptions, TB testing, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions, either in-person or through Telehealth technology.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system (Athena I).
• Adhere to professional and agency policies to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, MFT-I, or CPC-I in Nevada.
• Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Education Requirements

• Relevant degree in Social Work or Counseling.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in mental health counseling is preferred but not explicitly required.
