Skills

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Substantial experience in providing clinical counseling and mental health therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
• Familiarity with medical coding practices for documentation purposes (a plus).
