• Competitive salary: \(68,000 - \)90,000 annually (plus productivity incentives)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual counseling to individuals in need
• Develop personalized care plans, including goal setting and outcome tracking
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and clinical findings
• Offer compassionate support to a diverse patient population
• Some early evening hours may be required to accommodate clients’ needs

Qualifications

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license in New York as one of the following:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Or an equivalent clinical-level license
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing individual therapy
• Direct experience working with children ages 5-11

Education Requirements

• Licensure in New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent.

Education Requirements Credential Category

• Clinical-level license in mental health counseling.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing individual therapy.
• Direct experience working with children ages 5-11.
