Compensation and Benefits

• Per visit rates negotiable, ranging from \(45 to \)55 per visit

Skills

• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws
• Instruct the patient’s family in care and maintenance of a healthy environment
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in state of practice
• Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and accessibility to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• CPR Certification required

• Completion of an accredited LPN program
