Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly at a rate of $30.40/hr.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, perform, and complete assigned duties in providing care to patients
• Complete patient care tasks based on conditions and report relevant information
• Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Recognize urgent patient care situations and initiate emergency interventions
• Support complex diagnostic tests and monitor patients during procedures
• Orient peers and ancillary personnel to unit policies and procedures
• Implement healthy work environment principles to improve patient care

Qualifications

• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse
• One year of practical or vocational nursing experience post-graduation

Education Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
