We are seeking a Private Investigator in the Chico area who is licensed in California to perform surveillance work on worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and long and short-term disability claims. Skills

• Minimum of two years surveillance experience
• Experience performing SIU related functions, such as taking statements and scene inspections
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform stationary and mobile surveillance in varied environments, including high crime areas
• Comfort with the use of pretext investigations

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance for worker’s compensation, auto liability, and general liability claims
• Perform activity checks and background investigations
• Take statements and conduct scene inspections as required
• Write detailed reports of findings
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards during investigations

Qualifications

• Active PI License in California
• Minimum of two years’ experience in surveillance
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
