We are seeking a Private Investigator in the Red Bluff area who is licensed in California to perform surveillance work on worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and long and short-term disability claims. TIG Risk Services is a national investigative firm based out of Destin, Florida, servicing the insurance, government, and legal communities for 23 years. We perform surveillance, activity checks, and background investigations on various claims.

Skills

• Minimum of two years of surveillance experience
• Experience in performing SIU related functions, such as taking statements and scene inspections
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments
• Comfortable with pretext investigations
• Active PI License in California is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance on worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and disability claims
• Perform activity checks and background investigations
• Write detailed reports on findings
• Engage in scene inspections and take statements as needed
• Adapt to various surveillance environments, including high crime areas

Qualifications

• Licensed Private Investigator in California
• Proven experience in surveillance and SIU functions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant training or certifications in investigation preferred
