Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: \(80,000 – \)90,000 USD

Skills

• Experience using a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and individual needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide remote counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research in mental health
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and current client records
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid state license to practice as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.)
• Strong ethical foundation and commitment to client confidentiality
