Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: \(80,000—\)90,000 USD annually.

Skills

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  
• Valid state license to practice as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities
  
• Proven proficiency in providing both in-person and remote therapy sessions
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong ethical framework and respect for client confidentiality
  
• Certification or specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques or modalities (preferred)
  
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms (preferred)
  
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (preferred)
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic approaches
  
• Provide effective remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups
  
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and stay current with research
  
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic care
  
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
