Description

We are seeking Licensed Therapists and Counselors to contract with our team in providing clinical outpatient services, including individual and addiction group therapy through our telehealth program. Contract therapists and counselors will have the autonomy to determine their own hours and caseloads, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday), and the potential to work additional hours.

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Ability to motivate clients with interviewing experience
• Adaptability to technology, including telehealth software or comfort with video communication
• Willingness to partner with clients to achieve ultimate goals
• Experience working with adults in need of treatment
• Competence in treatment planning and utilization of comprehensive assessments
• Timely and quality documentation experience with EHRs
• Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy through telehealth
• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with clients to reach their therapeutic goals
• Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in practice

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) or higher (Psychologist, Psychiatrist, PsyD)
• Currently licensed in the State of Florida
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency preferred
• FL Medicaid number preferred

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
