Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop personalized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources for continuity of care
• Provide crisis intervention, education, and long-term recovery strategies

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting
• At least 2 years of experience as a Telehealth Therapist
• Active licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience working in an outpatient setting with dual diagnosis and substance use disorder patients
• Proven track record of working effectively with healthcare professionals
