Skills

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), Marriage and Family Therapist Interns (MFT-I), or Clinical Professional Counselor Interns (CPC-I) in the state of Nevada.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare (a plus).
• Compliance with facility-specific requirements, such as up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions (where applicable).
• Current TB test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain flexible, organized, and function effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in Spanish (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and treatment planning.
• Conduct therapy sessions both in-person at our outpatient facilities and remotely using our user-friendly telehealth platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and professional practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed in one of the specified disciplines in the state of Nevada.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Current TB test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Education Requirements

• Degree relevant to the licensed discipline.
