Skills

  • Active licensure or license eligibility as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
  • Experience with treatment modalities such as:
    • Family-focused therapy
    • Multi-systemic therapy
    • CBT, DBT, ACT
    • EMDR (certification required)
    • Hypnosis (certification required from an accredited organization)
    • Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
    • CADC
    • Marriage and Family Therapy

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
  • Manage a flexible caseload with part-time and full-time options
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment goals and plans
  • Participate in organizational trainings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of internship experience and 0-1 year of prior experience in a clinical setting

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
