Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay (\(61.00 - \)71.00 per hour) for those working 20 hours or more per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy services to a diverse clientele.
• Manage your own client caseload with autonomy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in individual and/or group supervision as needed.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of fellow therapists.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from a Council on Social Work Education accredited institution.
• A current and valid State of Hawaii license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD).

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in providing therapy services to individuals and couples is preferred.
