Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation based on experience and billable hours.
• Salary Range: \(42,000 - \)95,000 depending on licensure and billable hourly model.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations, both in-person at Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely via our Telehealth platform.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner using our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I).
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Washington state licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or SUDP.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus.
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or exemptions.
• TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid Certification may be required.
