Responsibilities

  • Leverage a variety of recruiting channels to identify top candidates.
  • Build and nurture a network of professionals within the mortgage industry.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate and lead interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills and overall fit with the organization.
  • Assess candidates’ mortgage lending knowledge and competencies.
  • Verify candidates’ employment history and qualifications.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide updates on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Team for new hire transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of direct experience recruiting Loan Officers.
  • Proven ability to proactively source candidates and take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
