Responsibilities

• Manage loan portfolios, overseeing servicing and sub-servicing
• Collaborate with sub-servicers, vendors, investors, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and improve productivity
• Draft policies, create training materials, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor portfolios and accounts for accuracy
• Ensure quality performance from vendors and investors
• Assist in coordinating department activities and resolving documentation issues
• Provide software support and resolve related issues
• Manage special projects, audits, and prepare reports for senior management
• Process complex customer transactions and inquiries accurately
• Monitor and update borrower and loan information in mortgage software
• Ensure compliance with banking and finance regulations
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in loan servicing
• Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and policies
• Proficiency with loan servicing software and computer systems

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
