Skills
- Valid state-issued license
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to operate basic technology, including iPads
- Ability to lift heavy items, such as water heaters
- Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver water heaters, ranging from 150 to 1,500 lbs with assistance from a dolly
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Fuel the truck as needed and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of delivery driving experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to acquire one
- Follow all DOT standards and regulations
