Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing all lodge operations
  • Schedule, train, coach, and manage guest service agents
  • Ensure safe and efficient food and beverage operations
  • Conduct daily staff meetings and safety briefings
  • Provide exceptional guest service and handle concerns efficiently
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure guest special needs are met and greet guests professionally
  • Maintain safety and security for guests and employees
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain facility cleanliness
  • Manage inventory and coordinate lodge startup and shutdown
  • Train seasonal staff and develop daily schedules
  • Submit accurate timesheets and manage cash deposits
  • Participate in budget monitoring and ensure high-quality food and beverage service
  • Participate in emergency response activities
  • Assist with flight coordination and support the General Manager and Chef

Qualifications

  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Training for Alcohol Professionals (TAPS)
  • Practical experience in hotel or restaurant management
  • Supervisory skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
