Responsibilities

• Efficiently route all legitimate customer orders for multiple shipping facilities
• Integrate new customers into existing routes and plan for adjustments
• Analyze existing routes to identify opportunities for cost control
• Perform standard route maintenance and scheduling of drivers
• Maintain accurate loading and door information for the warehouse
• Prepare meetings and presentations for the executive staff
• Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Maintain the Roadnet system and prepare reports for management
• Create proposals for improving transportation efficiency and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• College degree is preferred
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Experience in the field of logistics or transportation is a plus
