Skills

  • 3+ years of proven sales success, particularly in hospitality or luxury travel
  • Knowledge of Caribbean and Mexico destinations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clientele
  • Use persuasive communication skills to convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Design customized travel itineraries reflecting client preferences
  • Proactively seek ways to exceed sales targets
  • Address client inquiries and ensure a smooth booking process
  • Build and nurture relationships with partner agencies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in luxury travel and destinations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a travel agency environment
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
