Responsibilities

• Respond to and address guest repair requests promptly
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
• Troubleshoot and repair various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Maintain inventories of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other shifts regarding daily activities and issues
• Assist in training and mentoring other engineers as necessary
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any maintenance issues or hazards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in a relevant field preferred
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in hospitality
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
