Skills

  • Ability to respond to service calls in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service skills with a courteous and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in plumbing repairs including water heaters, PRVs, faucets, and plumbing distribution systems
  • Capability to repair/rebuild non-functional or leaking drains
  • Ability to snake main drain lines and run camera inspections (preferred)
  • Self-starter with a dedicated work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to service calls
  • Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with residents
  • Repair and replace water heaters, PRVs, tub/shower faucets, sink faucets, and main line plumbing systems
  • Repair and rebuild non-functional or leaking drains
  • Perform necessary inspections as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in plumbing or maintenance preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in plumbing or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
